The De Beauvoir Clinic
In the heart of De Beauvoir Town, we’ve spent the past decade offering a calm, considered space for those looking to better understand and change the physical, emotional, and behavioural patterns that influence their wellbeing. Our work is guided by a whole-person philosophy that sees the body as deeply interconnected with movement, experience, environment, and inner life—never as separate parts, but as a coherent story that can be understood and transformed.
As a small, trusted practice, we bring together hands-on therapeutic work, restorative movement, and deeper mind–body approaches to help clients navigate everything from acute discomfort and persistent tension to stress, anxiety, and longer-standing patterns of imbalance. The relationships we build are at the centre of what we do — warm, collaborative, and rooted in genuine respect for each person’s complexity and potential for change.
About
Sundip Balraj Singh Aujla (M.Ost)
I am an Integrative Clinician specialising in the assessment and treatment of pain, injury, stress, and nervous system dysregulation. My work is grounded in a whole-person approach that recognises health as the product of an ongoing relationship between body, mind, and environment.
With over 15 years of training and more than 20,000 hours of clinical experience, I support people with acute and chronic pain, injuries, postural and movement challenges, stress-related conditions, and the cumulative effects of modern life. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I work to understand the broader physical, emotional, and behavioural patterns that shape how a person feels and functions.
My clinical practice integrates hands-on osteopathic care, movement-based rehabilitation, and integrative mind–body approaches, including clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, within a single, coherent framework. This allows treatment to adapt as your system changes — supporting both short-term relief and longer-term, sustainable change.
My role is not simply to treat, but to guide — helping you develop greater understanding, resilience, and agency within your own body. The aim is lasting improvement, not dependency, and a way of working that is both precise and deeply human.

I work with people who arrive with a wide range of intentions and goals.
For some, the focus is on short-term relief from pain or stress. For others, the work naturally develops into a medium-term process of recovery, rehabilitation, or adjustment.
For many, it becomes a longer-term exploration of deeper patterns — physical, emotional, and behavioural — with the aim of creating lasting change through increased awareness and a more integrated experience of self.

About
Amelia Christie
In my practice I treat patients with a wide range of issues from musculoskeletal problems to anxiety and depression. I have worked on post-stroke recovery, chronic conditions and specialise in all issues related to female reproductive health, from the first menstrual cycle to the last and beyond. Helping to balance hormonal cycles, improve regularity, reduce cramps and softening the delights of PMS!I have worked extensively with women trying to conceive and supported their journey through IVF if that is needed. In my drive to help patients heal I look through a holistic lens, exploring their physical, mental and emotional dimensions. Often finding a relationship with past trauma and suppressed emotions.
Recognising both psychoneuroimmunological factors and the mind body connection has led me to my current studies in Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. My practice as a therapist is nourished by a thirst for scientific explanation, 15 years experience working in the field, in addition to my empathetic nature and everlasting curiosity about the human body and psyche.
